Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship to the United Kingdom.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our estimated delivery time is:

Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 7 to 10 business days

3. How much is the shipping fee?
Standard shipping with tracking is free for all orders in the UK.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.

5. What if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@cosypaws-home.com for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

6. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

7. How do I initiate a return?

Contact us at info@cosypaws-home.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely and write the RA number on the package.
Ship the item back using a trackable method.

8. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

9. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

10. Are there items that are non-refundable?
Yes, the following are non-refundable:

Opened or used products
Gifted items

Damaged or Defective Items

11. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

12. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order separately.
